Beautiful Lakeside Pool Home In Fort Myers On Florida’s South West Gulf Coast
We bought our vacation home in October 2007 and have completely refurbished the villa into a comfortable and luxurious lakeside pool home. Our home is situated in Beachwalk Isles a quiet, select residential development in South Fort Myers, just minutes from Fort Myers Beach with the many attractions that the Gulf Coast has to offer.
Comprising 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps up to 7) and equipped for all your needs. Comprising 2000 sq ft of air conditioned living space our home consists of 2 separate living rooms, one of which has been designed and furnished as a games room.
The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed and private bathroom. A further 2 guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed and 2 twin beds respectively. The fourth guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable day bed and has the added option of being able to adjoin the master suite (so ideal for guests with a young child) or can be closed off for complete privacy for older guests.
The open plan kitchen and dining area are conveniently situated at the heart of the home. There is a family room which has a full size pool table, leather sofa, plasma cable TV and stereo with ipod/mp3 dock. The living room has comfortable contemporary funrishings, large TV with cable and DVD player. Sliding patio doors take you out into the extensive screened deck with lounging areas at both ends, and private heated pool overlook the beautiful landscaping and lake.
The perfect home for beach loving families we are just a 10 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
