Rates
All prices quoted are for the villa (up to seven people) and include, all utilities, departure clean, and sales and tourist taxes.
You can pay for your vacation rental in either GBP (£) or USD ($).
Monthly and last minute rates are available on request.

If you wish to proceed we will send you a booking form with our conditions which you will need to complete and return with a deposit.

Reservations will be held open for 7 days pending receipt of payment and booking form.

Payments can be made by US check or UK cheque or by Paypal (where there will be a 3% surcharge).

Once payment is received we will send you confirmation.

Final payment is required 8 weeks before your arrival. Your final payment will include an amount held on security in case of damage.

On receipt of final payment we will send you full details on how to find and access our home.

Have a great vacation!
We will also require a refundable Security Deposit ($300/£200) which is added to your final balance and payable with your final payment. This is returned to you after you depart from our home.
